HIIT ‘EM is our high-energy circuit you can jump into anytime. No class times, No waiting, Each session takes 30-45mins and hits hard with a mixture of strength, cardio, boxing & core work.

Choose your focus: HIIT ‘EM HIGH (upper body) HIIT ‘EM LOW (Lower body) HIIT ‘EM BACK (Posture + Back exercises) HIIT ‘EM ALL (Full body) HIIT ‘EM HARD (Cardio + Core)

Refuel is our low-impact Circuit designed to help you move well, breathe deeper, and reset both body and mind for the week ahead. With a focus on mobility, stability, and gentle strength, this session is perfect for active recovery and recharging after a big week of training. Leave feeling better than when you walked in.
